I'm Back. I Think....

.....And I have no banner. But yeah. Hey guys. This is Loob3. You should remember me. I'm hard to forget. Well, this is just a quick post to tell everyone that my Blogger account has been rediscovered and I now have the power to write for y'all again. Which is good, cuz I don't want Victoria doing all the work round 'ere :)

Anyway, I'll write a proper blog post sometime soon and work out how to fit writing for the blog in my routine so it doesn't just turn into a ''write one post then go AWOL like a boss'' thing again. I hate it when I do that. I am sorry.

Goodbye for now, but I'll be back within the next few days :)

High Profile Hackers & Scammers

As you may have guessed from the title, today's post is going to be about high profile hackers and scammers. I'm sure those are terms that most of you have never heard of. Since I'm a gal that believes in honesty and integrity, I should let you know that I just pulled those terms out of thin air. Speaking of out of thin air, I may as well tell you about the way I'd define the terms and identify the people. A high profile hacker or scammer (on Stardoll) isn't going to take candy from a baby. This kind of hacker or scammer is going to try and rob the whole candy store. They're not going after Hotbuys or run-of-the-mill DKNY. To them, the money those items would bring is just petty cash. These hackers and scammers are trying to scam serious rare collectors out of prime ribs like Mary Kate & Ashley Real Celeb items and first season Limited Edition, not the flank steak that other hackers and scammers are feasting upon. There is usually a lot of buzz surrounding them and their conquests. They become a source of red-hot gossip when us Bloggers find we're stuck in the middle of a gossip drought with no juice flowing, but a whole lot of dirt.

Now that popular blogs like Beg for More and Perez Hilton of Stardoll have a slow trickle of posts showing up in our dashboards, or none altogether, these scandals are going unnoticed. I'm here to make sure that doesn't happen.

Watch out, boys & girls. The next time you pull a stunt, you just might get shamed, pictured, and framed...

Hot, Hot... Not!

Writing the types of posts that I do for this blog, I normally have to go searching for my story. Every once in a while, though, there's one that just falls into your lap. This happens to be one of those stories.

Soohotgirl.'s inappropriate profile came to my attention because a very helpful friend of mine suggested that I check out her page for the blog. I always find it a little funny that I'm searching for and running to these types of profiles when most people are avoiding them and running from them. Check out this picture and you might just get what I'm talking about...

Maybe I should've knocked first...

On second thought, maybe I shouldn't have even come here at all...
I don't know about you guys, but if I really had that girl tied up in a room for the night, I would untie those ropes, get her some real clothes, and find her mother to slap her upside the head for being so crude!
If you really do want her for... other reasons, I don't think you'll have any competition.

I guess I was a little off...
I know I'm not off at all, though, when I say the weirdness doesn't stop here.

The typical unassuming suite of one of the commenters in soohotgirl.'s Guestbook is shown above.
What's shown below took me aback just a teensy weensy bit.

The first part went right over my head since it's in Spanish, I believe. The last bit there in English is what really caught my attention, though.
This is definitely the first club of its kind I've seen and possibly the first one ever created on Stardoll!
Congratulations Debby_D. for having the unique honor of creeping me out. Just a teensy weensy bit.
:S

Being my curious self, despite the popular saying 'curiosity killed the cat', I went and checked out the club presentation.
This club's presentation happened to be in Spanish, and wait for it, this one's a real shocker...
I couldn't understand a word of it.
Fear not, my dear readers!
Google Translate to the rescue!

In the picture above is everything that came out when I typed in the presentation.
Besides the word 'cantinho' (Can anyone who paid attention in Spanish class help out with that one?), everything came out in English, thankfully.
It's great that Debby could give 'Lez Girls' a place to exchange ideas and vent, but something about 'get to know better ...' sounds like it could have a double meaning. Which creeps me out. Just a teensy weensy bit.

Before I wrap up this post, I'd just like to apologize for the lack of posts on this  blog.
I've found lots of new leads and I'm currently preparing lots of new posts.
Thank you for your patience and for reading this story!

Until next time,

Stardoll and 'The Bubble'

I've been writing for this blog for a few months now. In all that time, I feel like I haven't shared any of my real, non-embellished thoughts with you. Those are some of my personal favorite posts to read and write, especially when I'm in a writer's block frame of mind. I can still give you something to read and I can have fun and let go through writing the post. Here it goes, and I hope you enjoy it [if you do, tell me in the comments section and I'll do more impromptu posts when I get inspired].

Tonight I read a post Lia wrote on MDM called 'Lesson Learned' [you might see my little rant about the CW in the comments section; check it out by clicking on the title, mentioned above]. I loosely interpreted it as the way the media, specifically television, can nurture the dreamers and romanticists in the teenage population. TV shows on the CW that are targeting female audiences, for example, normally have a complicated love web weaved into the storyline. To me, the love stories they portray are epic; the couples they create are either the cutest darn thing I've ever seen or the worst case of forbidden love that makes my heart ache sympathetically. As Lia said, they not only create this perfect/bittersweet picture of relationships, but they also give us young girls unrealistic expectations for things like prom and first kisses. Most of us don't get a 'reality check' that 'pops our bubbles' until we experience these things first hand and realize that life can't be scripted the same way The Vampire Diaries is.

In the same way, I think that Stardoll is a 'reality check' for a lot of us. Parents, by nature, want to protect their kids and put them in a 'bubble'. While growing up in a safe, nurturing environment is best for a child's emotional health and well-being, there comes a time when us kids all need to step outside of those 'bubbles' and stand face to face with some cruel people that are alive today. I wish we all lived in a world where no one would have to develop a thick outer skin, but unfortunately, that's not the case; we'll all eventually be in situations of helplessness and vulnerability when someone takes out the sharpest needle they have and penetrates our soapy, protective layers. Instead of having one traumatic incident that leaves you forever scarred, Stardoll gradually shows you the complete picture. You start to witness certain incidents of people rubbing each other the wrong way as you peruse Guestbook messages. You're never abruptly jolted into the world around you, so when that day comes and you get your first taste of hate, you're more equipped to deal with it. Through communicating with other kids and teenagers around the world, you can learn to cooperate with others while still asserting yourself, and handle social situations that go awry. Making these mistakes and learning from them in an environment where you can always log out and start over can save you the headache of having to deal with the aftermath your actions cause in your real life. A virtual website such as this can, in fact, change who you are and who you will become.

If I have a daughter [maybe even a son if the site interests him] in the future, despite all the lewd and inappropriate behavior, I would certainly allow her to come on this site and learn those lessons for herself. I would be right alongside her making sure she came out of her 'bubble' as slowly and as painlessly as possible.

How did you first learn about harsh criticism? How did you take it at first?
Has your experience on Stardoll been a positive one? Would you let your future children on here knowing what goes on?

Tell me in the comments!
Thank you for reading!

Until next time,

There are Two Sides to Every Story

Hi everyone!
As you might've seen, I wrote a post about a week ago about a hacking circle that appeared right before FashionClub was deleted.
The story, however, does not end there.
As always, there are two sides to every story, and the other one turned up just a few minutes in my Guestbook, via one of Ruby's accounts.

Apparently, the picture that Liz painted us of Ruby is a counterfeit, not the original piece.
With all the support that Ruby got from these fellow FC'ers, it wouldn't come as a surprise that Ruby was innocent after all.

After looking through all the old print screens from that night, I even found this piece of evidence supporting Ruby.

Liz rebutted with this statement, but with no one from the topic on her side, this picture is gaining more grey area than just black and white.

Now that all of the evidence has been brought to the table, you decide for yourself who the real victim is.

Until next time,

The FashionClub Hacking Circle

Hello there, guys and dollies!
I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Easter.
Just because it's the day after Easter, though, it doesn't mean hackers still aren't on the prowl.

After having a nice long soak in the tub with my relaxation assistant, Mr. Rubber Ducky, I put my hair up in a big, fluffy towel and sat down at my computer to log into Stardoll.com. Making my daily rounds to FashionClub (Which is now my new club-home; I'm not club-homeless after OriginalClub's deletion--yay!), I came across this post on the topic entitled 'oooohhh ruby sold this account' made by ekaterinee.

Apparently, Ruby (rubydj, now deleted) sold the account ekaterinee to a Stardoll user by the name of Zeynep. After Zeynep paid for the account, Ruby tried to justify hacking the account back by making it sound like she would just pop onto it from time to time. Then Ruby deactivated the account to regain complete access to it, or managed to get it deleted. She then got it reactivated and supposedly gave the password to the person that is on the account now.

The girl that hacked ekaterinee away from our other hacker, rubydj, has been referred to as Liz by several FC'ers, depicted in the pictures below.

The similarities in doll appearances are often legitimate ways to link accounts to certain people, as with Reece and his 'signature look'. It's probably likely that this 'Liz' who has gained access to the account ekaterinee is lizrocks8, a member of FashionClub whose account has been deleted.

After figuring out who is on ekaterinee, we can now turn our attention to the topic 'Liz Hacked Me Again' made by windowcleanerr.

It appears to be that windowcleanerr is also having some problems with Liz, lizrocks8, who is currently occupying the account ekaterinee. The events unfold further in the pictures below.

There is evidence of windowcleanerr being rubydj, shown in the indicated section of the image below.

In another part of this conversation, it's mentioned that Meeka, the former owner of windowcleanerr, gave a distressed Ruby the account after loosing ekaterinee from giving out the password. Fruitygirlxox, Tamika, isn't involved in this hacking circle.

If that isn't dramatic enough for you, this should spice things up.

Liz definitely dropped a bomb on Ruby with that comment.
That's probably why Ruby now has her presentation saved with this message written on it.

Ruby even went as far as to use the backup account (R____R) she made after being hacked to post this Guestbook message in ekaterinee's Guestbook.

Those two definitely have some problems to work out.
Jasmine.m. aka KeyBoardKitty might also have managed to land herself on Ruby's S-list...

I have a feeling that Ruby won't be getting ekaterinee back.
I also have a feeling that FashionClub will never be the same.

Oh well, we had a good run.
And anyway, how long did you expect FashionClub to stay intact with us OC'ers running ramped through it? ;D
I hope you enjoyed that post, and remember, never give out your passwords to anyone!

Until next time,
Victoria (Daddysangel02)

The Scammer and I

Infamous. It's a word I hate to use when describing well-known thieves, liars, hackers, scammers, cheats, and wrong-doers. That word, although used with a negative connotation, seems to grow a person's fame tenfold. While fame can spread awareness, such as with Joseph Kony, it can also contribute size to the growing ego of the criminal whose name is being spread. If a criminal's main objective is to gain popularity through their stunts, any mention of their name will only spur them on. If we keep talking, they'll keep upping the anti.

But you see, I've found a way around all of this.
I will admit the person I will be talking about is infamous around Stardoll.
What I won't do is call this person by his first name. He will be referred to only as 'Charlatan'.
And with that, I shall begin retelling the story of how I got involved with this infamous Stardollian in the first place.

The first encounter I had with Charlatan occurred on a normal overcast mid-winter day. As usual, I was sitting with my computer in my lap, mindlessly roaming around Stardoll. My day took a turn for the worse when pinksunmoon5555 (now deleted) sent me a message over chat. I was asked if I wanted to buy an account. My choices were FabianTheGreat, 18.12, or Charlatan's main account, pinksunmoon5555. {This is the moment when red flags should have gone up, for several reasons, including: 1. I had no knowledge of how this person got added onto my friends list. 2. I had no knowledge of the safety of this person when conducting deals.} I clearly had doubts that I made known to Charlatan, but he was a very persuasive young man. I decided it couldn't hurt to check out the accounts.

My desire to hoard accounts with large amounts of Starpoints and release the hidden potential in them drove the sale of this account. Charlatan caught onto this desire and mentioned buzz words such as 'good value' and 'highly desirable account' to convince me to fork over my MK Purple Dress and MK stay-ups. I realize that Charlatan not only had the intentions to scam me, but had the gumption to scam me out of twice what the account was actually worth. In order to ensure that I didn't have enough time to logically think this deal through, Charlatan rushed me along quite a bit. {This is another moment when a red flag should have been raised all the way up a flag pole in my mind. Rushing a buyer, especially in a serious transaction such as the purchase of an account, is one of the tactics that experienced scammers use as part of their trickery.} He, Charlatan, also showed me a list of references on a blog from one of his previous accounts, mizzmileycyrus9. {For any Stardollian up to date on gossip, this name would mean something. I had just returned from a hiatus, so this name wouldn't have raised any red flags had he told me exactly which account the references were associated with. Knowing the vicious past of mizzmileycyrus9 now, I would stay as far away from Charlatan as the limits of Dollywood would allow me to.}

I am now on this list of references. I want to let you all know that I am in no way a reference for Charlatan or any of the accounts he is associated with. I did end up getting the account (through a turn of events which I will explain later in the post), but he is not a safe trader and admitted to having every intention of scamming me on multiple occasions. Let this post chock full of proof be the final nail in Charlatan's coffin; Charlatan is not to be trusted.

And since you all probably know who Charlatan is by now, I will reveal his name to solidify the end to his reign of terror. The Charlatan I've been mentioning is Reece.

THE PROOF

At the time, I was involved in a deal with a girl who occasionally talked to Reece. She knew he had the intention to scam someone using his accounts (FabianTheGreat, pinksunmoon5555, & 18.12). He informed her of how the deal was shaping up as it was happening. She squeezed the name of the victim out of him and found out it was me he was planning to scam. She advocated for me and convinced him to give me the account (18.12) that I had paid for. Since all 3 of us had Skype accounts, she added me to the conversation she was having with Reece. Here are some print screens of the conversation we had.
(WARNING: Explicit language is used in the texts shown in these print screens.)

During this conversation, Reece was planning one of his scams, targeting the owner of 22butterfly22. Reece was going to cheat the former owner out of the money he owed for the account. Reece ended up playing fair, shelling out the money, since Ashley backed out of the scheme. I convinced Ashley while this was going on to back out and do the right thing. Crisis avoided, huh? The rest of the conversation is pretty self-explanatory--Ashley and I convinced Reece to play fair and give me the account 18.12. It is now in my possession.
(NOTE: Some snippets of the conversation (last names, personal stories) were removed.)

That is the full story of how I got involved with the 'Charlatan of the hour.'
Stay tuned for some more exciting posts like this one--I haven't even begun to spill my guts!

Until next time,
Victoria (Daddysangel02)
